Inexpensive place with accommodating staff and superb food. Its location was very central, walking distance to a performing arts theater. We loved the busy area around the hotel.

Every detail was very good from the beginning, including staff and location, I enjoyed it. I had such wonderful days staying at this great central hotel.

Top location & very polite personnel - good value. We had silent and immaculate room with smoke detectors. Location near the Old Quarter, the lake, Hanoi. Also, hoan kiem lake was just a short distance away. Efficient check in and excellent service.

Fantastic staff and location, the hotel is neat. Excellent bedroom and newly renovated bathroom. A fairly nice stay with a great swimming pool.

I stayed here during the weekend and I loved it. The food was outstanding, service was personalised and the view was delightful. The beach was beautiful. Awesome facilities and the pool was lovely: D

I loved staff and rooms, good value. Astonishing view, a lovely balcony, very clean bed, too. They made my stay outstanding. Excellent base for one night. Also, temple of the jade mountain was max 5 minutes walk to. Easy check-in, late check-out.

Pretty decent breakfast, especially pancakes and eggs, the staff was very careful. I enjoyed the lunch in Hong Hoai's Restaurant easy walk to the hotel. Very good service too...
